Facial and skincare services do not involve shipping.
Appointments are booked separately through our booking system.

Missing / Lost Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it:
- Please check with neighbors or household members
- Contact the shipping carrier directly

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
